Creating supervision alliances based on respect and transparency.

Session 3: IEMT-Specific Supervision: Techniques, Challenges, and Formats
Objectives: Equip supervisors with tools to address challenges unique to IEMT. Ensure adherence to IEMT protocols. Case conceptualization and supervising technique adjustments Navigating and playing with doubts about the IEMT processes Introduction to the various formats of supervision and how to utilize them effectively Written Case studies Individual supervision feedback Group Supervision feedback Choosing the right format.

Session 4: Working with Diverse Supervisees and Reflective Practice
